  • IGC Gamerternoon 9.16.17 - Unpleasantries

Random Impact decides to play a random game of Unpleasantries. This is a Kickstarter game and if you've ever played Cards Against Humanities, it's a bit like that. Cards have a root word and several derivatives of that word on them and you object of the game is to use a chosen card (like the "black" card in CAH) and any cards in your hand to string together the worst insult and fling it at the judge! Best insult wins everytime. Canadians are probably too polite to play this game, as we found out. Watch for full details!

  • Tabletop Game Night 8.31.17 - Portal the Uncooperative Cake Acquisition Game

We tried this game for the first time ever on IGC Tabletop and while we were less than impressed at first, we discovered that it's actually quite deep once you get into the game. It doesn't look like much but this area control game with a side of dessert is really cool when you break it down. Check out as we fumble through this one to try and understand why anyone would want to play this weird game.

The original intention of this program was that of helping dedicated and deserving members through raid progression. Not foster apathy and complacency. I added a detailed donation section on this thread to request member participation for those who need items. This was over 2 months ago. And aside from a very, very small amount of contributing members, this request has been generally ignored.

So effective Saturday, March 5th the remaining food and potions in the FC bank will be increased to 75% of Market Board price indefinitely. Going forward, I will evaluate member donation, FC participation, and whether or not my time investment to this program is helping FC members succeed or helping enable raid-log complacency.

To put it another way. You get what you put in. The food program is not an entitlement. We need help keeping the costs low. Purchasing materials off the market board is NOT cost effective. It takes an incredible amount of time to gather materials and then craft them.

New FC food prices and program policy is now in effect. Updates will continue weekly, and restocking will be determined by donations. The relic program has also ended at this time, the remaining items will be sold to the market board.

Consumables have been restocked and prices adjusted~

To show appreciation for those who have donated this week I have overstocked the 5 most popular food/potions at donation reduced prices. Zu horns are now for sale to members at 50% of the current market board price. Also, please be courteous to other members and purchase what you need for 1-2 days of use. If it becomes a problem I will place food/potion purchase caps on members.
